Privacy Policy
Plain answers about what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. LeadCo.Cloud is a business platform — your business's data belongs to your business.
1. Who we are
Leadco-Insureco Marketing LLC ("LeadCo," "we," "us") has been in business since 2005. We build, host, and operate LeadCo.Cloud — complete business platforms (websites, AI assistants, and industry software) for small businesses — and the LeadCoAI platform at leadcoai.com. This policy covers leadco.cloud, every customer platform hosted under *.leadco.cloud, and leadcoai.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When a business creates an account we collect the information needed to operate it: name, business name, email address, phone number, and the platform choices made during setup.
Business data our customers store
Each customer's platform stores the working data of that business — their customers, contacts, listings, orders, invoices, appointments, and similar records. That data belongs to the business that entered it. We process it solely to operate their platform, and each business's data is kept in its own isolated database and file store.
Payment information
Card and bank payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (Square, Stripe, and CSG Forte). Full card numbers are never transmitted to or stored on our servers — we hold only the processor's payment tokens and transaction records.
Technical information
Like nearly all web services we maintain standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention, and operations.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for sign-in sessions and platform function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on hosted customer platforms.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and support the service;
- To bill for subscriptions and process payments through the processors above;
- To communicate about the service (support, notices, changes);
- To protect the platform and our customers from fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- To comply with law.

5. Service providers (subprocessors)
- Square, Stripe, CSG Forte — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant);
- Amazon Web Services — encrypted off-site backup storage;
- DigitalOcean — cloud hosting infrastructure (United States);
- Google — business email delivery and web fonts.
6. Data retention
Account and business data are retained while an account is active. On termination, a business may request an export of its data; residual copies age out of our encrypted backup rotation on a fixed schedule.
7. Security
All sites and portals are served exclusively over HTTPS/TLS; each business's data is isolated; access is role-based with signed session tokens; administrative and financial events are logged; backups are automated, encrypted, and stored off-site. Details on the Security page.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing stacy@leadco.biz. We honor applicable rights under U.S. state privacy laws (including for California residents) and respond to verified requests without unreasonable delay.
9. Children
LeadCo.Cloud is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
